In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777in" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 777in.ws and its associated subdomains.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the 777in platform, through which the Player accesses the services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's 777in account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer verification process, including identity verification via CNIC or other government-issued documentation, address verification, and payment method verification, as required by 777in's licensing obligations.
• "Platform" means the 777in website, mobile interface, games lobby, sportsbook, and all associated features and services accessible via 777in.ws.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and account management features made available to Players through the 777in Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager the value of a bonus (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per offer) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the 777in Platform, registering an account, or making use of any feature of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the 777in Platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of your use of 777in, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, promotional participation, and customer support interactions. They are to be read alongside the 777in Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 777in.

777in reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain informed of the current Terms.

Use of the 777in Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a natural person, not as an agent, proxy, or on behalf of a legal entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or affiliate of 777in or any of its associated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 777in or any other gaming platform's responsible gaming program.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.

Each Player may hold only one active 777in account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited regardless of the payment method, device, or identity used to register them. 777in employs technical and procedural measures to identify and close duplicate accounts. In the event duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held across those accounts may be subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, a contact mobile number, and your date of birth. 777in will conduct identity verification as part of the KYC process prior to processing any withdrawal requests. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777in account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

777in strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP-based two-factor authentication on your account, which is available through the account security settings panel. This provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

You agree to notify 777in immediately through the customer support channel if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 777in will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security or has shared their credentials with a third party.

777in staff will never request your account password via any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 777in that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to customer support immediately.

777in accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency channels. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. All deposits are credited to the Player's account balance in PKR.

Deposits made to a 777in account must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account held in a name other than the registered account holder — are not accepted. Any such deposits identified will be returned to the originating payment method and the associated 777in account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified, including submission and approval of CNIC identity documentation, prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to the payment provider's operational limits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before the associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.
• 777in reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend the processing time. Players will be notified if additional verification is required.

Standard withdrawal processing times for verified accounts are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within one to three hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one to two business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times and are typically completed within two to six hours of approval.

777in offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament leaderboard prizes. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

The following general conditions apply to all 777in bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements on 777in range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Sports betting contributes at rates published per promotion. Games excluded from wagering contribution will be listed in the specific promotion's terms.
• Minimum Odds: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, qualifying bets must typically be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or as otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed at lower odds will not count towards wagering completion.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire 30 days after the bonus is credited to the Player's account, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and any incomplete wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Certain bonuses are restricted to new registrations; others are available to existing Players. Eligibility criteria are stated per promotion. Players found to be misrepresenting their eligibility for a promotion will have the bonus and any resulting winnings voided.
• Abuse: 777in reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings and to restrict or close accounts where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to use of multiple accounts to claim single-account bonuses, coordinated wagering strategies designed to hedge bonus bets, or any other conduct that 777in determines constitutes exploitation of its promotional system.

All sports betting activity on 777in — including cricket betting, PSL wagering, live in-play betting, and all other sports markets — is subject to the 777in Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All casino games offered on the 777in Platform — including live dealer games, RNG slot titles, table games, and bingo — are provided by licensed third-party game studios. These games operate under independent RNG certification and are subject to the rules published by the respective game provider alongside each game title.

Key betting and gaming rules applicable to all 777in activity include:

• All bets and wagers placed on 777in are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation except where an in-play cash-out option is offered and exercised within the available window.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or platform fault during a game or betting event, 777in's decision on the outcome of any affected wager is final, subject to applicable licensing dispute resolution procedures.
• 777in reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered due to a technical error, pricing error, or data feed error. Players will be notified of any voided bets and stakes will be refunded to the account balance.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win limits apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Platform. These limits are stated within each betting market and game interface and may be adjusted by 777in at any time without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777in Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one 777in account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with 777in.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to access, navigate, or place bets on the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed through 777in.
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market offered on the Platform.
• Systematic exploitation of pricing errors, bonus offers, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation.
• Conducting any activity designed to harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the Platform or its underlying technical infrastructure.

All content on the 777in Platform — including but not limited to the 777in brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, images, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777in or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of any 777in content without the express prior written consent of 777in.

Any unauthorised use of 777in intellectual property will constitute an infringement and may result in legal action.

777in collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 777in. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and payment processing purposes. 777in does not sell or rent Player personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

777in employs industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest — to protect Player personal and financial information from unauthorised access or disclosure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of account access, or any damages resulting from technical errors, service interruptions, or third-party platform failures.

777in's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 777in's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777in makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its features.

777in is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm among its Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when decreased and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations, after which the Platform will automatically log the Player out.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic on-screen notifications reminding them of the time elapsed during a gaming session and their net position for that session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to access the Platform or receive promotional communications.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a short-term account deactivation of 24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days to take a temporary break without committing to a full self-exclusion.

777in reserves the right to apply responsible gaming restrictions to a Player's account — including deposit limits, session limits, or temporary suspension — where the platform's monitoring systems identify patterns of play that may indicate problem gambling behaviour, without prior notice to the Player.

777in reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request being made.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct involving the account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Prolonged account inactivity, defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Upon permanent account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds or winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 777in customer support. Voluntary account closures requested for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed accordingly.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777in holds its gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 777in customer support escalation process will be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established by 777in's licensing authority.

Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should first contact 777in customer support, providing full details of the complaint in writing. 777in will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt. If the Player is unsatisfied with 777in's resolution, the matter may be escalated to the applicable licensing body's independent dispute resolution service.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

777in reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777in will notify active Players via the email address registered on their account and will post a notice on the Platform indicating that the Terms have been updated, along with the effective date of the revision.

It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 777in Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through the customer support channel.

The version of these Terms and Conditions currently published on this page represents the binding agreement in force between you and 777in. Earlier versions are archived but do not govern the current relationship between the parties.
